In this program, CMS created and tied in an outbound lead generation call program to Bernstein-Rein's direct mail campaign. CMS not only had a very successful campaign in the way of leads, but CMS and Bernstein-Rein won a K.C. DMA award. The team also received a front page write-up in THE DMA NEWS. CMS' telephone lead generation efforts netted 37 of the 53 total leads at a cost per lead of $300 dollars compared to the $4,500 dollar cost associated with the stand alone direct mail portion of the campaign. Each lead for the Bernstein-Rein's client was worth one million or more in potential revenue.

In the fall of 2008 CMS worked with a Bozell Smart Targeting to create an inbound lead generation program. Bozell provided the targeted direct mail and Insurance agent portal and CMS put together the toll free inbound program (this program can route messages anywhere in the US to over 10,000 insurance agents from one toll free number). The Bozell Auto Transfer lead generation program is still running and to date it has generated over 50 million in production as well as had a response rate of close to 4%.

Rentway, one of the nation's largest rental retail chains (over 2000 stores), requested that CMS create an inbound program to capture interested parties' vital information from calls generated by television, radio and direct mail. CMS created a "reverse lead generation" program that captured over 100,000 leads in a three year span prior to Rentway's sale to Rent-A-Center.

CARSTAR, the nations largest collision chain, requested the creation of a 24/7/365 inbound service that delivers roadside assistance to their prospects as well as a dealer locate component for all 260 stores.
